Sample Availability & Policy

We support sample requests for stock footwear and selected accessories, 

subject to actual product availability.

For normal customers, 1–2 sample pairs can usually be provided for 

review, while freight is covered by the customer. For key customers or 

priority projects, sample support and freight arrangement can be discussed

separately.

Sample quantity, style availability, and shipment arrangement will be 

confirmed according to the actual request. If special packing, relabeling, 

or additional handling is required, the preparation time may be longer.

We would appreciate customers’ feedback after sample review, 

so that we can recommend the next suitable options more efficiently.
